January Month End: Wednesday, January 31, 2024

• Credit & Payouts: 8:30 am - 8:00 pm (AEST)
• Settlements: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (AEST)
• Settlements SLA Cut Off: 2:00 pm (AEST)
  • Please submit all new and pending documents before 2:00 pm (AEST) to ensure processing by January 31. Documents pending after this time may not be settled for month end.
  • Settlements will make efforts to process applications received after the cut-off, depending on volume.
