Terms
Private Sale/Cap Raise/Refinance - add 1% to base rate
Non Property Owner - add 2% to base rate
Other Scenarios - Enquire For Rate
Max brokerage 6% - add 0.5% to base rate for every 1% above 4%.
Light Document Loan Terms:
Available to GST registered ABN holders in operation >24 months with clear credit and 600+ score. Further rate loads are applicable for adverse credit, credit score <600, ABN's established/GST registered <24 months and rideshare/hire/courier vehicles.
Exposure limit to non-property owners is $100K.
These rates are valid for 7 days and are subject to change thereafter. GGF reserve the right to request further information.
Replacement Loan Terms (in addition to above):
Proposed repayments must be within 120% of existing loan account being replaced. Borrower/guarantor equifax report to be satisfactory to GGF.
Loan must be running 24+ months with a lender acceptable to GGF and be finalised within the past six months or at time of settlement.
